Simple Smoked Flank Steak
INGREDIENTS
Flank Steaks
Sea Salt
Hickory or Apple Wood
Smoker

Yes, it is possible to smoke a steak!
  Not just possible, but delicious!  All you need to do is over salt the meat on both sides for 5-10 minutes and then let the smoker do the work.
Salt steaks on both sides liberally.  Rinse after 5-10 minutes
Cook steaks for 45 minutes-1 hour on the smoker at 250-275 degrees.
Flip steaks half way through.

You will not get the char or a grilled steak but I promise you the flavor will be unbelievable!
